Below is a comprehensive website redesign completed for BioHealth Infusion Center in South Florida. The objective was to create a more cohesive and brand-aligned digital experience by integrating updated color elements, establishing a uniform layout across pages, and improving overall site usability.
The redesign prioritized user-centered design principles, clear information architecture, refined web copy, and visual consistency to elevate the organization’s online presence while fostering trust and seamless navigation for visitors.
Client Profile: BioHealth Infusion Center
Client Concerns & Areas for Improvement:

Implement a more clean-cut and uniform layout and website design, while also including more attractive/energetic colors throughout the site (like the vibrant blue colors used in the BioHealth waterdrop), plus more welcoming and patient-focused language throughout the website.

Include more action shots of patients with nurses in the center, or just of patients receiving infusions (warm, natural pictures of patients happy to receive treatment). This is to reduce the use of general stock images throughout the website.

Tweak text throughout the website to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization (SEO).

Consolidate some areas of text and reduce number of educational pages to not overload visitors.

Make website more accessible for older patients and improve UX through simplified and uniform layouts throughout the site.

Simplify process for physicians to submit treatment forms for patients directly through the website instead of having to fax or send themselves.

Incorporate more of the BioHealth brand colors and mascot throughout the site to distinguish themselves more next to competitors.
Before Website Updates
Colors across the website were more muted and separate from the BioHealth brand kit, appearing more generalized and less eye-catching for website visitors.
Menu options on the website's header, specifically the "How To Prepare" and "FAQ" pages, were also wordy and would be better combined into one page with information from both.

Section dividers and image/text layouts were different across pages were all different, lacking a specific format or theme for the website.

Website had numerous unrelated stock images in the background of various pages alongside varying layouts, which risked distracting and overwhelming site visitors and drawing them away from the center.

After Website Updates
Changes Implemented:

Incorporated more colors from the BioHealth brand kit, like the bright blue, across the website, as well as condensing the amount of pages and menu options.

Created a sub-menu above the main menu with contact information visible in all pages.

Created uniform page section dividers and image/text layouts across all pages to create a specific format for the entire website.

Removed irrelevant stock images and instead brought in more bright blue or designs from the BioHealth brand kit. We optimized the entire website for mobile users.​

Optimized text throughout the website for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords into website copy.
