How We Helped BioHealth Infusion Center Increase Online Visibility and Improve Over User Experience Through Website Redesign

Overview

BioHealth Infusion Center is a South Florida-based medical infusion provider serving patients and physicians in need of specialized infusion therapy. While their services were strong and patient-centered, their website did not fully reflect their brand, professionalism, or competitive positioning in the market.

The goal was to redesign and optimize the website to improve accessibility, strengthen brand identity, simplify navigation, and increase online visibility.

Challenges

Before the redesign, BioHealth’s website had several issues:

  • The layout lacked uniformity across pages, with inconsistent section dividers and image/text formatting.

  • Brand colors were muted and did not align with the vibrant BioHealth brand kit, particularly the recognizable bright blue waterdrop element.

  • Numerous unrelated stock images distracted visitors and reduced the site’s credibility.

  • Educational content was spread across too many pages, overwhelming users and increasing bounce rate.

  • The “How To Prepare” and “FAQ” pages were lengthy and separated, creating unnecessary complexity.

  • Text throughout the website was not fully optimized with relevant keywords for search engine visibility.

  • The experience was not fully simplified for older patients (which make up a large portion of patients at the center) or physicians submitting treatment forms.


As a result, the website risked confusing visitors, weakening brand recognition, and missing opportunities for higher search rankings and conversions.

Our Process

To address these concerns, we focused on clarity, brand alignment, accessibility, and search engine optimization.

 

  1. Unified, Simplified Website Structure & Layout:

    • ​​Consolidated and reduced the number of pages and menu options.​

    • Combined “How To Prepare” and “FAQ” into a shorter, easy-to-navigate resource page.

    • Created consistent section dividers and uniform image/text layouts across all pages to establish a recognizable visual format.

  2. Stronger Brand Integration:

    • Incorporated more brighter blue colors from the BioHealth brand kit throughout the website to better distinguish BioHealth from competitors.

    • Replaced irrelevant stock photography with branded design elements and more welcoming visuals.

  3. Improved Accessibility & User Experience:

    • Simplified layouts to better serve older patients and website users.​

    • Created a visible sub-menu above the main navigation with contact information displayed across all pages.

    • Optimized the entire website for mobile users to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.

  4. SEO Optimization:

    • ​Revised website copy to include relevant keywords such as:

      • "​South Florida infusion therapy"

      • "South Florida medical infusions"

      • "South Florida infusion center:

    • Simplified text to reduce clutter while also improving keyword use strategy and overall readability.

The result was a cleaner, more modern, patient-focused website designed to convert both patients and providers.
